The Directorate of Scholarships at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on Tuesday the launch of an online portal for Jordanian students studying abroad.

This initiative aims to automate and streamline services, making it easier for students and their families to manage scholarship procedures in line with the government’s public sector development plan.
Through the portal, students can submit requests for their annual financial allowances entirely online, covering all stages from application submission to the transfer of funds to the student’s bank account.
The Ministry urged all students studying abroad to visit the portal for instructions on account creation and application submission: https://jordcultexc.mohe.gov.jo/Login.aspx

The Ministry emphasized that all financial allowances for the 2025-2026 academic year will be disbursed exclusively through this portal, and no paper applications will be accepted. For inquiries, students can contact the Ministry via email at:
