According to the Jordan News Agency (Petra), the achievements were highlighted in the Q1 2025 report of the Executive Program for the Economic Modernization Vision 2023–2025. The Kingdom scored 45.1 out of 100 in innovation, 53 in inclusiveness, 58.2 in sustainability, and 55 in resilience.
The report noted that the Ministry of Labor developed a plan to improve the employment index for knowledge-intensive jobs. The plan included hiring 1,000 unemployed individuals across various governorates through the Productive Branches Initiative, conducting career guidance sessions for workers in these branches, and carrying out an analytical study to measure and understand the outcomes of the National Employment Program and the factors affecting beneficiaries in the labor market.
Additionally, the government approved the Jordanian Digital Inclusion Policy 2025, targeting an increase in the proportion of individuals using the internet as part of efforts to enhance digital infrastructure and bridge the digital divide, particularly in underprivileged areas.
In terms of data processing, the government signed an agreement with the World Economic Forum to conduct the Executive Opinion Survey for 2025–2026. Preparations included survey distribution planning, gathering qualitative data for the 2026 index, and submitting a final sample of participants that aligns with the Forum’s standards. The Ministry of Planning also participated in the Forum’s kickoff meeting and presented the finalized sample to ensure accurate representation in international reports.
Furthermore, the government reviewed and cataloged sub-indicators related to the Future of Growth Index to assess the potential for addressing them in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
