The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship has warned citizens about fraudulent electronic messages impersonating the “Sanad” application and using the logos of official entities.

The ministry said the messages request payments, ask recipients to update their personal information, or instruct them to follow up on postal shipments.
In a statement issued Saturday, the ministry urged citizens not to click on suspicious links or open questionable attachments. It also advised them not to share personal or banking information, passwords, or one-time verification codes (OTP) with any individual or entity.
