The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Awqaf, Islamic Affairs, and Holy Places, Dr. Mohammad Al-Tawalbeh, announced the death of Jordanian pilgrim Ziad Mohammad Hassan Al-Kilani, born in 1953, while in Mecca to perform the Hajj rituals within the Kingdom of Jordan's official pilgrimage mission for the Hajj season 1447 AH / 2026 AD.اضافة اعلان

Al-Tawalbeh stated that the pilgrim was accompanied by his wife, and communication has been established with his family in Amman to complete the procedures related to the death. This is being coordinated with the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the direct follow-up of the Jordanian Hajj Mission.

He added that the late pilgrim had visited the medical mission, which performed an initial diagnosis and arranged for his transfer to a hospital in Mecca for the necessary medical examinations, where he subsequently passed away.
