Death Penalty for Convict in Martyrdom of Three Anti-Narcotics Department Personnel
The State Security Court (SSC) issued its final, unanimous ruling on Sunday in the case involving the martyrdom of three personnel from the Anti-Narcotics Department (AND), convicting the defendant of the charges brought against him, which totaled five felonies.اضافة اعلان

The charges included the felony of physical assault against law enforcement officers tasked with enforcing the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law, which resulted in the deaths of three Anti-Narcotics Department personnel. This is in violation of Article (12/1), paragraphs (c) and (d), of the Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Law No. 23 of 2016 and its amendments.

The court sentenced the convict to the maximum penalty, the death penalty, in addition to ordering the confiscation of all seized items related to the case.
