Army Chief welcomes French ambassador, British military team

AMMAN — On Monday, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Major General Yousef Huneiti, welcomed at the General Command of the Jordan Armed Forces - Arab Army (JAF) French Ambassador Alexis Le Cour Grandmaison and the current and former French defense attaches. Huneiti discussed with the guests, alongside top JAF officers, ways to strengthen bilateral relations and joint military coordination "in a manner to serve the interests of the armed forces of the two friendly countries", Jordan News Agency, Petra reported. Separately, Huneiti received a British military delegation to discuss various aspects of joint military cooperation and coordination in operational, training, and logistical fields.
