9 Injured in Apartment Fire in Dahiyat Al-Rasheed, Amman

The media spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate stated that firefighting and ambulance teams from the Central Amman Civil Defense dealt with a fire that broke out earlier today in an apartment on the fifth floor in the Dahiyat Al-Rasheed area.اضافة اعلان

He added that the fire crews managed to extinguish and contain the blaze. The incident resulted in nine people sustaining various burn injuries and respiratory distress.

Ambulance teams provided the necessary first aid at the scene. Two individuals were transported to nearby hospitals to continue receiving treatment, while the condition of the other injured did not require hospital transfer.

An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
