The ministry said it is continuing a campaign to activate digital IDs across the Kingdom at over 500 Sanad centers at government institutions and other agencies, Khaberni reported.

The Sanad app has 3 million downloads across smartphone app stores and users have logged in 4.25 million times since its launch.

Under the public sector modernization roadmap, the government seeks to reach 3.5 million digital IDs and complete the automation of all government services by 2025.

Citizens can download the Sanad application and activate their digital IDs to start using government e-services, allowing them to access personal information and digital documents, sign documents, and pay fees, among other features, the ministry said.
