Amman, Jordan-The Jordan Young Scientist (JoYS) initiative marks a significant milestone: the programme's fifth year championing youth-led science and innovation across Jordan. The exhibition takes place on Saturday, June 27, at Al Hussein Technical University in King Hussein Business Park, from 12:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and is free and open to the public.
This year's exhibition brings together 230 shortlisted projects out of more than 600 submissions, the highest volume of entries JoYS has seen to date. A total of 571 students will take the stage, backed by 225 dedicated teachers from 132 schools across the Kingdom, covering public, private, military, and UNRWA schools.
The projects cover a wide range of scientific and technological disciplines, including environmental solutions, renewable energy, robotics, artificial intelligence, and biotechnology. Each project reflects months of work by young researchers who identified real problems and developed original, evidence-based solutions to address them.
