The training aimed to deepen participants’ understanding of the rights of persons with disabilities—particularly those with visual impairments—while raising awareness about the associated psychological and social impacts. It also sought to equip attendees with inclusive and positive language skills and foster a culture of constructive dialogue. A key focus was on building a spirit of collaboration and mutual support to promote values of equality and social justice.
As part of the program, participants developed digital awareness campaigns and programs, and 20% of the trainees were selected to co-create podcast content in collaboration with professional producers, enabling them to deliver their messages in innovative and impactful ways.
Orange Jordan emphasized that this initiative reflects its ongoing commitment to digital inclusion and creating equal opportunities for all. The company firmly believes that empowering persons with disabilities contributes to a more inclusive, tolerant, and just society.
It is worth noting that Orange Jordan continues to strengthen its position as a leading, responsible digital provider and a key supporter of community development.
