This participation marked the conclusion of the agricultural cycle, part of the bank’s support for the Hydroponic Agriculture Project 2025, aimed at promoting sustainable livelihoods for beneficiary families. It is also part of the ongoing partnership between Housing Bank and Dar Abu Abdullah, reflecting the bank’s commitment—under its "Imkan Al-Iskan" social responsibility umbrella—to support the association’s mission of achieving a hunger- and poverty-free Jordan. The effort is aligned with the goals of Tkiyet Um Ali, with which the bank maintains a longstanding strategic partnership.

Through its “Imkan Al-Iskan” initiative, Housing Bank provided direct support to ensure the success of this agricultural cycle, covering seedling and planting costs, supplying agricultural tools, and offering hands-on training to beneficiaries. These efforts align with the program’s objectives to offer sustainable solutions to pressing social issues by supporting development projects and partnering with civil society organizations, thereby promoting social, economic, and environmental empowerment and generating long-term impact.

This support is expected to ensure the continuity of the project and provide beneficiaries with a stable income source through the production of high-quality, marketable crops. The revenue from these crops will help fund future agricultural cycles, embodying the sustainability principles adopted by the bank.

The event included sorting, packing, and packaging of the harvest in preparation for distribution—a practical demonstration of the importance of volunteerism in community building, one of the core pillars of the “Imkan Al-Iskan” social responsibility framework.

The bank continues to develop the "Imkan Al-Iskan" program by supporting new projects. In 2025, it provided additional funding to operate nine more greenhouses, expanding the program’s impact and reaffirming its commitment to sustainability.
