Palestine Parliamentary Committee holds discussions with media minister

AMMAN — The Palestine Parliamentary Committee on Sunday discussed the role of Jordan’s state media outlets in defending the Palestinian cause.اضافة اعلان

The meeting was chaired by head of Palestine Parliamentary Committee, MP Mohammad Al-Thahrawi, and attended by the Minister of State for Media Affairs and government spokesperson Sakher Dudin, as well as directors of state media institutions.

The discussions were part of a series that has been held with other media outlets, and aim to develop a national media vision against ongoing Israeli aggression at holy sites, support the rights of the Palestinian people, and highlight Jordan's role under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah towards the Palestinian cause and Hashemite custodianship over the holy sites.

Thahrawi also announced that the Palestine committee intends to organize a conference on Jerusalem next month, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.
