Investigation Committee for Syrian Coast Events Begins First Public Trial Sessions on Monday

On Monday, the first public trial sessions will begin for those accused of committing violations during the events on the Syrian coast that occurred on 6 March, according to Judge Jomaa Al-Anzi, head of the Investigation and Fact-Finding Committee for the coastal incidents, in a post on X (formerly Twitter).اضافة اعلان

Al-Anzi stated that the trials will be open to both local and international media.

He added: “These are pivotal moments in the country’s history, reflecting a Syrian image that establishes the foundations of justice and transparency, strengthens trust in the judicial system, serves as a deterrent to criminals, while also respecting the rights of the accused and ensuring fair trials.”
