Israeli warplanes continued bombing various areas of the Gaza Strip on the 708th day of the war, leaving large numbers of martyrs and injured.
According to medical sources, more than 70 people were killed since dawn on Friday in the Gaza Strip, including 56 in Gaza City.

Gaza and the North
In the past 24 hours, warplanes completely destroyed 17 homes and one displacement center in Gaza City, in addition to damage to neighboring houses, displacing hundreds of citizens and displaced families in the vicinity.
The airstrikes also destroyed Al-Quds Bank in the Al-Rimal neighborhood west of Gaza City.
After several days of efforts, civil defense teams retrieved the bodies of members of the Al-Husari family from a home near Abu Halima station in Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza City. All were martyred: Naveen Nesman and her two children Bara and Fuad Nader Al-Husari; Iman Mohammed Al-Husari; Dr. Yara Nader Al-Husari; and engineer Ahmed Nader Al-Husari (who had sent out a distress call but died due to delays and the difficulty of rescue operations).
Fourteen others were martyred in a massacre against the Sultan family in Al-Tuwam neighborhood, northern Gaza, while several members of the same family remain missing under the rubble.
An Israeli shooting near Al-Sayyid Hashim Mosque in Al-Daraj neighborhood, Gaza City, killed one child and injured several others.
Central Gaza
A citizen collecting wood in Al-Maghraqa village was killed, and several others were injured near the U.S. aid center in central Gaza.
Southern Gaza Strip
Brigadier General Jasser Al-Mashoukhi, former Police Chief of Rafah Governorate, was killed in an Israeli airstrike on Khan Younis, southern Gaza.
Two more people were martyred in an Israeli strike on the Armida area in Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Younis.
According to the Health Ministry, ten people were killed in southern Gaza in the past 24 hours.
Statistics
The daily statistical report on casualties from the Israeli assault on Gaza recorded 38 martyrs, including two retrieved bodies, and 200 injuries in the past 24 hours.
The overall death toll from the Israeli assault has risen to 64,756 martyrs and 164,059 injuries since October 7, 2023.
From March 18, 2025, until today, the toll reached 12,206 martyrs and 52,018 injuries.
In the past 24 hours alone, hospitals received 13 martyrs and 143 injuries among aid seekers, raising the total number of martyrs killed while seeking sustenance to 2,479, with more than 18,091 injuries.
Gaza hospitals also recorded two deaths due to famine and malnutrition in the past 24 hours, including a child, bringing the total to 413 deaths, among them 143 children.
