Sarraj pointed out that the continuation of the aggression and the fuel crisis pose a challenge to providing basic services to citizens. He called on the international community to urgently intervene and provide fuel, electricity generators, and machinery dedicated to removing rubble, opening streets, and providing water and sanitation services to citizens.
