GAZA — In a statement recorded on Sunday and broadcasted through Al-Jazeera, Abu Obeida, the spokesperson for the Al-Qassam Brigades, stated that Israel continues its brutal aggression against the Palestinian people, saying, "The Nazi-Zionist enemy continues its brutal aggression against our people and seeks revenge against civilians." اضافة اعلان

He went on to report that resistance fighters have managed to completely or partially destroy 180 Israeli Occupation Forces vehicles within 10 days, attacking IOF vehicles with Yassin 105, Tandem, and Shuwahat explosive devices. Additionally, he mentioned that Al-Qassam Brigades targeted ground forces entrenched in buildings with anti-personnel shells, eliminating them from point-blank range. "We achieved significant kills among Israeli soldiers. Al-Qassam Brigades shelled several areas in the Gaza Strip and Ashkelon with a variety of rockets," he said.

Furthermore, he stated that resistance fighters repelled IOF stationed on pre-ceasefire fronts and from infiltrating new axes, saying, "The enemy failed in combat axes and will continue to fail as long as its aggression persists and complicates its disappointments."

Regarding the temporary ceasefire, Abu Obeida shared that it proved the credibility of Al-Qassam Brigades and that none of the hostages would be released except on their terms. He added, "The enemy failed in the north and south of the sector and will fail more as its aggression continues in other areas of the sector."

Concerning Israel’s repetitive rhetoric about eliminating Hamas, Abu Obeida said that this is mere talk for Israeli domestic consumption, and Israel continues to receive painful blows from Al-Qassam Brigades, with the coming ones being greater.

"We reaffirm that what the ground aggression achieves is only destruction and indiscriminate killing. We carried out a large number of qualitative operations, including attacking infantry forces, sniping, and mine explosions," he added.

He concluded by saying, "The enemy continues to suffer painful blows, the latest of which was in the heart of Jerusalem and throughout the West Bank. We have no choice but to fight to confront the massacre carried out by the enemy to break the will of our people."

"Neither the Zionist enemy nor its supporters can take their captives alive without exchanging and complying with the conditions of the resistance and Al-Qassam. No one from the enemy's captives or detainees will come out except through the conditioned exchange we declared from the beginning of the battle."
