Four Palestinians from the same family were martyred at dawn on Wednesday in an airstrike by the Israeli occupation air force targeting a house in the city of Deir al-Balah in central Gaza, while bombardment and attacks continued across several areas of the Strip, according to the Palestinian news agency (WAFA).

Medical sources reported the martyrdom of Omar Sami Ahmed Abu Qasem (33), his wife Asmaa Ghazi Abu Qasem, and their daughter Habiba Omar Sami Abu Qasem (6), following a direct strike on the family home.
In the central Strip, Israeli artillery shelled areas northeast of the Al-Bureij camp, amid continuous artillery fire around the camp.
In the southern Strip, occupation forces carried out extensive demolition operations in the Qizan an-Najjar area, south of the city of Khan Younis. This coincided with Israeli drones dropping bombs near the Bani Suhaila roundabout east of the city, and Israeli tanks firing heavily toward the eastern areas.
The Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, also came under artillery shelling, part of a series of attacks targeting multiple areas in the Strip amid ongoing Israeli military operations and the escalating bombardment of residential areas.
On Tuesday, the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the cumulative death toll from the Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since October 7, 2023, has risen to 73,233 martyrs and 173,707 injured.
