Kurdi secures spot in final British Open qualifiers

AMMAN — Jordanian golf champion, Shergo Al-Kurdi has qualified for the 149th edition of the Open Championship at Royal St. George’s, one of the world’s four major international golf tournaments.اضافة اعلان

The qualifiers hosted 188 golfers from around the world, competing for 12 seats in the championship , for which no Arab has qualified.

Shergo’s appearance saw the 450-year-old St. Andrew’s golf course raising the Jordanian flag for the very first time.
