Under the patronage of the Minister of Culture, the Cultural Discourse Forum held its fourth annual celebration at the Royal Cultural Center, which included literary, artistic, cinematic, and political segments. A documentary film about the forum's cumulative activities was screened during the event, and the forum's president, Dr. Jamil Abu Hamid, delivered a welcoming speech linking the forum's performance and activities to National Independence Day and Jordan's regional role, both nationally and pan-nationally.

Senator Haifa Al-Najjar also gave a talk on the need to pay attention to the Arabic language, engineer Samir Habashneh spoke about Jordanian national identity, and political writer Hamada Farraneh discussed the Palestinians of the 1948 territories and their role in the struggle for equality on the path toward independence and return.
The speakers were also honored with forum shields, and the event drew considerable interest and attendance.
