Scientist Abbas Haddadin discovered the largest bubble of water and air dating back 140 million years. This is a test sample in which we can discover  the percentage of oxygen and nitrogen in the air bubble above the water, and we could know if there are other elements, such as carbon and argon, and their percentages. Moreover, for the water in the bubble, we know the percentage of oxygen and hydrogen in the water. اضافة اعلان

Scientists say that the percentage of oxygen in the air in the past was higher than it is now, while the percentage of calcium in the water was higher.

However, the evolution of shelled animals and the emergence of corals took a large amount of calcium from the water to build their homes, which are shell coverings for their bodies. This reduced the percentage of calcium in the water. Then, we studied the percentage of pollution in the water and air from volcanoes or dinosaurs at that time.

It is very rare to find bubbles containing water and air in amber. The picture shows a bubble containing water and air that was found in Jordanian amber.
