Dr. Fares Al-Breizat, Chairman of the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority, affirmed that hosting such world-class artistic events reflects Petra’s cultural and tourism prominence. He noted that these events help boost tourism activity, extend visitors’ stays, and stimulate commercial movement, benefiting all sectors and local communities in Petra.

Al-Breizat added that the authority continuously works on developing the infrastructure and services needed to ensure the success of major events and provide visitors with a fully integrated experience.
