The ancient city of Petra witnessed an exceptional night as it hosted one of the largest musical events of the year. Renowned Arab artist Kazem Al-Saher delivered a spectacular concert in the “Little Petra” area, drawing a massive audience of local, Arab, and international visitors who flocked to enjoy the voice of the “Caesar” in one of the world’s most stunning historical settings.

Al-Saher opened his evening by greeting the audience and expressing his great joy in performing in Petra, saying that standing before such an extraordinary human heritage is a unique experience for any artist.
Throughout the concert, the “Caesar” performed a selection of his most famous songs, which the audience enthusiastically sang along to, amid a captivating atmosphere enhanced by modern lighting that harmonized beautifully with the site’s ancient character.
Dr. Fares Al-Breizat, Chairman of the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority, affirmed that hosting such world-class artistic events reflects Petra’s cultural and tourism prominence. He noted that these events help boost tourism activity, extend visitors’ stays, and stimulate commercial movement, benefiting all sectors and local communities in Petra.
Al-Breizat added that the authority continuously works on developing the infrastructure and services needed to ensure the success of major events and provide visitors with a fully integrated experience.
The concert featured exceptional organizational measures to ensure smooth entry and exit, along with the provision of logistical services for visitors, contributing to a refined and well-coordinated event befitting Petra’s status.
This concert is part of a series of events hosted by Petra to diversify the tourism experience and strengthen the city’s presence on the regional and international artistic scene.
