OPEC+ holds 49th meeting, confirms oil production levels

AMMAN – The 49th meeting of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee (JMMC) of OPEC+ took place via video conference on Friday, confirming the current levels of crude oil production and did not make any recommendations to change the output.اضافة اعلان

Chaired by Saudi Arabia’s Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman, meeting participants reviewed the cured oil production data for May and June 2023, urging all participations to continue full compliance with the compensation mechanism, Addustour reported.

They acknowledged the country's voluntary oil production cut of one million barrels per day, a measure that has been extended until September.
