Today, Sunday, the quantities of vegetables, fruits, and leafy greens received at the central wholesale market affiliated with the Greater Amman Municipality amounted to 3,187 tons, including:اضافة اعلان

864 tons of fruits

154 tons of leafy greens

According to the Central Market Bulletin and the list of prices for the items received at the market—based on the lowest and highest price per kilogram—the prices were as follows:

Black eggplant (Ajami): 15–35 piasters

Dry onions: 10–25 piasters

Potatoes: 15–40 piasters

Tomatoes: 7–15 piasters

Carrots: 40–60 piasters

Cucumbers: 35–60 piasters

Cauliflower: 30–60 piasters

Lemons: 70–150 piasters

Local bananas: 60–90 piasters
