Jordan’s real estate trading volume reached 6.4 billion dinars during the first eleven months of the current year, marking a 4% increase compared to the same period last year.

A report issued by the Department of Land and Survey showed that real estate trading in November rose by 24% compared to the same month in the previous year, and by less than 1% compared to October, reaching 636 million dinars.
Revenues since the start of the year also grew by 4% compared to the same period last year, amounting to 247 million dinars. Revenues for November increased by 6% year-on-year but declined by 9% compared to October, totaling 22.5 million dinars.
During the first eleven months of the year, property sales in Jordan rose by 1%, with sales of apartments and plots of land each increasing by 1% compared to the same period last year.
Real estate sales in Jordan during November went up by 4% year-on-year but declined by 8% compared to October.
