The Palestinian Central Bureau of Statistics stated that the economy grew by 3% in the fourth quarter of 2025 compared to the same quarter in 2024.
The bureau attributed the fourth-quarter growth in 2025, compared to the corresponding period in 2024, to increases in several economic activities, most notably services (up 11%), information and communications (up 12%), and industry (up 6%).
In contrast, several sectors recorded declines, particularly transportation and storage (down 11%), construction (down 10%), finance and insurance (down 5%), and agriculture, forestry, and fishing (down 4%).
The gross domestic product (GDP) in the fourth quarter of 2025 reached approximately $3.039 billion in the West Bank, compared to $176 million in the Gaza Strip.
Regarding per capita share, the data showed that GDP per capita in Palestine rose to $596 (at constant prices) in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking a slight increase of 1% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
