During the second week of August, the global average price of Octane 95 gasoline increased, while prices of Octane 90 gasoline, diesel, and kerosene saw a decline compared to their levels in the first week of the same month, according to the weekly bulletin issued by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources.

According to the bulletin:
The price of Octane 95 gasoline rose slightly from $677 to $679 per ton, an increase of 0.3%.
The price of Octane 90 gasoline dropped from $659 to $656 per ton, a slight decrease of 0.5%.
The price of diesel declined from $639 to $613 per ton, a 4.1% drop.
The price of kerosene decreased from $664 to $638 per ton, a decrease of 3.9%.
The price of fuel oil dropped from $407 to $394 per ton, marking a 3.2% decrease.
On the other hand, the average price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for the current month reached $498 per ton, compared to $553 per ton last month—an overall decline of 9.9%.
Additionally, the average price of Brent crude oil fell from $70 to $68 per barrel, representing a 2.9% decrease.
