Local gold prices recorded a historic new jump in Wednesday’s second pricing, continuing to reach their highest level ever in Jordan.

According to the second pricing issued by the General Association of Jewelry and Gold Dealers, the selling price of 21-carat gold—the most demanded by citizens—rose to 79.40 JOD per gram for retail sale, compared to 76.40 JOD per gram for buying purposes.اضافة اعلان



The selling prices per gram for 24-, 18-, and 14-carat gold also increased, reaching 91 JOD, 70.30 JOD, and 53.40 JOD, respectively, for retail purchases from jewelry shops.
