The Prime Minister was also briefed on the plans for the northern project, being developed jointly by Aqaba Development Corporation and the Jordan National Real Estate Company. The project aims to establish a modern integrated city for housing, business, and leisure, located 7 kilometers north of Aqaba City and 2 kilometers east of King Hussein International Airport. Covering an area of about 534,000 square meters, it will create an attractive investment environment offering diverse opportunities for real estate developers and investors in both the residential and commercial sectors.
