A Brazilian trade delegation will begin a five-day official visit to Jordan on Sunday, aiming to explore potential trade and investment opportunities across various economic sectors in the Kingdom.اضافة اعلان

The visit is organized by the Arab-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce, in cooperation with the Jordan Chamber of Commerce and the Jordanian Embassy in São Paulo, and is led by Dr. William Adib Dib Junior, President of the Arab-Brazilian Chamber.

Key Highlights of the Visit:
The delegation includes business owners, executives, and officials from Brazil’s Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock and the São Paulo Investment Promotion Agency.

The program will feature a Jordanian-Brazilian Business Forum, B2B meetings, and official visits to the Ministries of Agriculture, Industry, Trade and Supply, Investment, and the Customs Department.

Tourism promotion tours are also part of the itinerary.

Strengthen economic ties between Jordan and Brazil.

Explore investment opportunities and business environment in Jordan.

Foster strategic partnerships and expand trade volume, particularly in food security, a shared priority.

Statement from Jordan Chamber of Commerce:
Chairman Senator Khalil Al-Haj Tawfiq emphasized that:

“The visit is a key step in enhancing economic relations and shows Brazil’s growing interest in Jordan as a strategic investment destination.”

He praised the efforts of Jordan’s Ambassador to Brazil, Maen Masadeh, and stressed the importance of increasing trade exchanges, especially in food industries, where Brazil holds a global edge.

Total bilateral trade: JD 511 million

Jordanian exports: JD 60 million

98.7% of which were chemical industry products, especially natural potash and chemical fertilizers
