The US Department of State announced the potential approval of a munitions sale to Israel valued at approximately $151.8 million.
The Department stated that Secretary of State Marco Rubio determined that the sale of these munitions to Israel is in the interest of US national security, thereby waiving congressional review requirements. It further clarified that the Secretary determined an emergency exists necessitating the immediate sale of the munitions to Israel.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah announced that it had detected the infiltration of four Israeli army helicopters in the triangular area of the outskirts (Jrouds) of the towns of Yahfoufa, Al-Khraiba, and Maaraboun, asserting that the helicopters aimed to land an infantry force.
On the humanitarian front, the Lebanese Ministry of Health reported that three people were killed and 16 others injured following Israeli airstrikes targeting the town of Nabi Chit in the Bekaa region of eastern Lebanon.
