Israeli Channel 13 reported that a 75-year-old man was killed, and a 20-year-old man was critically injured in the shooting and vehicular attack. It also mentioned that the assailant was killed by police officers, and emergency teams and large security forces were dispatched to the scene.
The Israeli Broadcasting Authority stated that the attacker was an Israeli Arab, and that a border police soldier was able to kill him immediately.
