Minister of Justice Bassam Talhouni confirmed that the electronic notary public services continue to achieve positive results, registering continuous growth in the number of completed transactions since their launch, which reflects citizens' trust in the digital justice services provided by the ministry.

Talhouni stated that the number of electronic notary transactions completed since the launch of the services on May 3 until yesterday reached 3,147. These included 2,566 notarial notices and 581 services completed via video call, operating within an electronic system that allows transactions to be processed efficiently and quickly without the need to visit courts in many cases.
He added that Jordanian citizens residing in 35 countries around the world have benefited from these services, reflecting the ministry's success in delivering its judicial services to Jordanians wherever they are, and providing digital solutions that enable them to complete their transactions with ease and reliability.
He pointed out that the United States of America ranked first in the number of completed transactions with 94, followed by the United Arab Emirates with 60. This confirms the growing demand from Jordanian expatriate communities to benefit from the electronic notary public services.
Talhouni explained that these services have contributed to saving time and effort for citizens, and reduced the fees associated with completing several transactions by 25 to 40 percent when utilizing the electronic notary services. This is in addition to simplifying procedures and raising the efficiency of service delivery, in line with the government's approach to digital transformation and the development of public services.
He stressed that the ministry continues to monitor performance indicators, measure service recipient satisfaction, and continuously work on developing the electronic notary services. This ensures the provision of modern judicial services characterized by flexibility, speed, and reliability, calling on citizens to take advantage of these services through the Ministry of Justice's e-services portal.
