Students taking Jordan’s 2026 General Secondary Education Certificate Examination (Tawjihi) will continue sitting for their exams on Saturday in several subjects.
For the first session, approximately 64,169 students following the new curriculum (born in 2008) will sit their exams across 752 examination centers, while 11,909 students will attend the second session at 574 examination centers.
As for students following the old curriculum (born in 2007 or earlier), 12,257 students will take the first session, while 61 students will sit for the second session.
According to the official examination schedule, students under the new curriculum (born in 2008) in the academic streams will take the Chemistry exam during the first session and the History exam during the second session. No exams are scheduled on Saturday for students enrolled in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (BTEC) pathway.
The Ministry of Education continues to administer the examinations according to its approved timetable and logistical plan, ensuring a suitable environment that supports the smooth and orderly conduct of exams in examination halls across the Kingdom.
