The Social Security Corporation (SSC) announced, in a statement issued by its media center, the launch of a new electronic platform titled “Forsatak” (Your Opportunity), aimed at facilitating communication between companies and job seekers. The platform provides the unemployed and job seekers with a real opportunity to secure suitable employment or develop their career paths, while enabling employers and companies to access job applications that match their needs.

The Corporation explained that the “Forsatak” platform comes within the framework of the outcomes and requirements for the effective implementation of unemployment insurance. It serves as a supporting tool by enabling job seekers and the unemployed to search for suitable job opportunities during their unemployment period, or if they wish to obtain a new career opportunity, through an integrated database of job applicants.
The Corporation confirmed that the platform is available to individuals and establishments through their electronic services accounts on its official website (www.ssc.gov.jo), where those wishing to benefit from the service can fill out the required data and submit their applications directly. It added that companies can utilize the platform to attract the necessary expertise and competencies to fill their available job vacancies.
The Corporation pointed out that its role in this initial phase will be limited to making the data of job applicants available to more than 90,000 companies covered by the provisions of the Social Security Law, enabling them to review their experiences, skills, and activities, in addition to downloading the detailed CVs attached during the application process.
The Corporation noted that the platform also allows unemployed insured individuals who wish to apply for unemployment benefits to register, with the aim of enabling them to find a job opportunity and return to the social security coverage umbrella, urging the public to take the initiative to benefit from this service.
