Foreign Minister and his North Macedonian counterpart sign memorandum of understanding on political consultations between the two countries’ foreign ministries

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Ayman Safadi discussed with North Macedonia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Timcho Mucunski prospects for expanding cooperation between the two countries in various areas, including economic, investment, trade and educational fields.
The two ministers signed a memorandum of understanding on establishing political consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries on the sidelines of the high-level week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
Safadi also met on Sunday with Panama’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Javier Martínez-Acha Vásquez in a meeting held as part of the two countries’ efforts to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
The two ministers discussed regional developments and signed a memorandum of understanding on the mutual exemption of visa requirements for holders of diplomatic passports, on the sidelines of the high-level week of the 81st session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
