Royal Decree Promotes Four Officers to Major General

A Royal Decree has been issued promoting Brigadier General Dr. Mohammad Mahmoud Al-Omari, Brigadier General Nouriz Mohammad Khair Hakouz, Brigadier General Staff Mohammad Amin Eid Al-Mataleb Al-Maaytah, and Brigadier General Khaled Saleh Al-Daajah to the rank of Major General.
