Public Security Director Major General Dr. Obeidallah Ma’aytah honored a number of senior retired officers on Saturday at the Public Security Directorate headquarters, in appreciation of their sincere efforts and long-standing contributions throughout their years of service in the Directorate.

During the ceremony, Major General Ma’aytah emphasized that the Royal directives have always served as the guiding compass for the Directorate in strengthening its relationship with its retirees, who constitute a key pillar in its development journey. He noted that their accumulated expertise and professional dedication have left an indelible impact and continue to serve as a reference for personnel in the field.
He added that the qualitative advancements witnessed by the Directorate across various specialties in recent years are the result of the efforts of generations of men who carried the honor of service with utmost loyalty, safeguarding the nation’s security and stability, and setting an example of devotion, belonging, and commitment.
For their part, the retired officers expressed their pride in this gesture, which reflects the institution’s loyalty to them. They affirmed that they will always remain worthy of the trust placed in them by the wise Hashemite leadership, loyal soldiers of the nation, and steadfast supporters of their colleagues in the field, continuing the path of service that has made the Public Security Directorate a distinguished model of security work and public service.
