His Royal Highness Prince Rashid bin Al-Hassan, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Hashemite Charitable Organization, received U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations, Mike Waltz, to discuss Jordan’s efforts in delivering aid to the Gaza Strip.

The meeting was attended by representatives of UN organizations in Jordan and a delegation from the U.S. Embassy in Amman.
Prince Rashid affirmed Jordan’s commitment, under the leadership of King Abdullah II, to continue its humanitarian role toward Gaza through an effective system of operations and international partnerships.
The visiting delegation praised the advanced logistics capabilities and the Jordanian relief corridor, which has become a key channel for delivering aid to the Gaza Strip.
The discussions focused on ways to facilitate the work of the Jordanian relief corridor and overcome all obstacles to ensure the maximum delivery of aid efficiently.
Prince Rashid and the visiting delegation also inaugurated the organization’s new logistics operations center, which enhances humanitarian response capabilities and readiness.
