PM in Dubai to attend Expo 2020

AMMAN — Prime Minister Bishr Al-Khasawneh arrived in Dubai at the head of a ministerial delegation to attend Dubai Expo 2020 over Friday and Saturday, according to Al Ghad.اضافة اعلان

The theme of the Jordanian pavilion at Dubai Expo 2020 is “The Thresholds of Ingenuity”, and represents the development that Jordan has achieved in many fields, and areas of cooperation and investment, as well as future opportunities for partnership with various sectors in Jordan.

On Friday, Khasawneh will deliver a speech at the opening of the Jordanian National Day at the exhibition during which he will present the measures taken by the government to achieve development in the business and investment environment in Jordan and enhance the competitiveness of the Jordanian economy.

The ministerial delegation includes Minister of State for Prime Minister Affairs Ibrahim Al-Jazi, Minister of Industry, Trade and Supply Youssef Al-Shamali, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Ahmed Al-Hanandeh, and Minister of Investment Khairy Amr.

The Dubai Expo 2020, which was supposed to be held in 2020 but was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, includes 195 national pavilions, and is expected to attract millions of visitors over the coming months.
