A department representative, speaking on Public Security Radio, clarified that according to the department's regulations, no driving tests (theoretical or practical) are scheduled on official or pre-declared holidays. However, if a public holiday is declared by the Cabinet, appointments are automatically rescheduled without the applicant incurring any additional fees.
He noted that in coordination with the Association of Driving Training Centers and the Trainers Association, all test applicants have been informed of the new appointment date.
To ease the process for citizens, he added that if any applicant is unable to attend the rescheduled practical test on Wednesday, they may take the test on any later date available at their training center, also without incurring additional charges. As for the theoretical test, applicants can take it after directly coordinating with the examination department.
