He explained that the system aims to support government decision-making by ensuring it is evidence-based, relying on up-to-date labor market data and aligning labor supply with demand.

The minister added that the system will be accessible through the ministry’s website and will enable the private sector to act as a partner, particularly with regard to supply and demand files, labor market and employment needs, and data analysis. He noted that the system includes multiple datasets and various indicators classified in accordance with international standards and classifications.

Al-Bakkar confirmed that the system, in its first phase, was developed in partnership with the Department of Statistics, the Social Security Corporation, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission, data from specialized research centers such as the Jordan Strategy Forum, the Vocational Training Corporation, and the Development and Employment Fund. He also pointed to coordination with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship to ensure the highest cybersecurity standards within government servers.

The minister invited the public to review the pilot version of the system via the link armatrix, noting that interested parties can also submit their feedback through the following link: wkoANL.
