AMMAN — Jordan’s National Center for Cyber Security(NCSC) on Tuesday signed a memorandum of understanding with the British government to enhance cybersecurity collaboration among the two countries’ institutions, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

According to a statement issued by the NCSC on Wednesday, the memo stems from a shared desire to increase the economic, social, and security benefits associated with using a free, open, peaceful, and safe cyberspace.

NCSC Director Bassam Al-Maharmeh and British Ambassador to Jordan Bridget Brind signed the memo.
