The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ambassador Fouad Al-Majali, affirmed the Kingdom’s absolute rejection and condemnation of what he described as a racist, discriminatory, and illegitimate law. He stressed that the legislation contradicts international legal principles that prohibit imposing control over occupied territories through legislative frameworks enforced by an occupying power. He added that the law is part of a systematic Israeli policy targeting the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights, including the right to self-determination and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on their national soil in accordance with the two-state solution.

Al-Majali called on the international community to assume its legal and moral responsibilities and to take immediate and effective action to prevent Israel from implementing the law. He also urged holding Israel accountable and compelling it to halt what he described as invalid decisions, unlawful legislation, and unilateral practices targeting the Palestinian people and their existence on their land.
