The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announced on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, the names of students nominated for external scholarships for the academic year 2025-2026 in the first nomination round. The results are available on the Directorate of Scholarships’ website at

, as well as via SMS sent to the phone numbers provided by students during their application.
Nominated students have a maximum of 12 hours to make and confirm their decision electronically—either accepting or declining the scholarship through the ministry’s specially prepared online platform. Students who accept must submit the required documents within 48 hours by visiting the Ministry / Directorate of Scholarships / Department of Students Abroad and Cultural Agreements; otherwise, they forfeit their nomination.
Students not nominated for these scholarships can view the names and grades of nominated students in their respective geographical or administrative region through the same online platform.
