HRH Crown Prince Hussein on Wednesday
stressed the importance of active participation in the upcoming municipal and
governorate council elections, especially among youth, according to a Royal
Court statement.

During a meeting with youth activists from several sectors
in Zarqa, Crown Prince Hussein said voting should be based on merit and
efficiency.
The Crown Prince also called on youth to enroll in
professional and technical training programs to enter the labor market, citing
a comprehensive strategic plan in this field that seeks to develop curricula
and advance these programs.
The young attendees spoke about their experiences in various
fields, including social development, youth empowerment, legal awareness,
encouraging political participation through partisan activism, encouraging a
culture of dialogue through debates, voluntary and philanthropic work,
community service, and health awareness.
