His Royal Highness Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II met in London on Monday with leaders of British technology institutions, on the sidelines of the Jordan–UK ICT Forum, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation across various technological fields.

During his meeting with Ian Hogarth, Partner at Plural Platform, the Crown Prince reviewed prospects for cooperation in the areas of governance and regulation of artificial intelligence applications in the public sector.
His Royal Highness also met with Chester King, Chairman of the British Esports Federation, where discussions focused on strengthening cooperation and coordination between the Jordanian and British Esports Federations. The Crown Prince highlighted the importance of exchanging expertise in education, vocational, and technical training related to video game design and production.
In another meeting with David Rickard, Partner at Everest Group—specialized in outsourcing technology services—the Crown Prince discussed opportunities for collaboration with the “Jordan Source” program to boost Jordan’s performance in the global technology sector and solidify its position as a regional and international hub for providing technology services and solutions.
The meetings were attended by Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship Sami Smirat, Jordan’s Ambassador to London Manar Dabbas, and Director of the Crown Prince’s Office Dr. Zaid Al Buqain.
