Cold, rainy weather conditions forecast for weekend

AMMAN—A tangible drop in temperatures, on Friday, is expected with cloudy and rainy weather conditions countrywide, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.اضافة اعلان

Winds will be southwesterly brisk, stirring dust in the Badia regions.

The JMD noted that heavy rainfall is forecast in northern and central parts, causing flash floods in low-lying areas.

The minimum and maximum temperatures in Amman range between 4-9 degrees Celsius, and in the Gulf of Aqaba 7-19 degrees Celsius, according to the (JMD) report.
