AMMAN —The Civil Service Bureau issued a circular to ministries, and government departments and institutions on the mechanisms and regulations that must be considered when extending the service of employees who have reached the legal pension age or have completed the public service term stipulated under the Social Security Law, according to Jo24.اضافة اعلان

Head of the Civil Service Bureau Sameh Al-Nasser said in light of the cabinet decisions (3660) and (3661) on extending the service of employees who have fulfilled pension requirements and who have reached the legal pension age, human resources units in all government departments must abide by the new regulations in the event of requesting a service extension for any employee.

Renewable service terms apply to fundamental, vital, or critical jobs that have a significant impact on the implementation of a department's tasks and programs.
