The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) confirmed that Anti-Narcotics Department (AND) personnel dealt with 117 cases across various governorates of the Kingdom during the third week of their intensified campaign against the deadly drug crystal meth.اضافة اعلان

Among these were 26 cases involving the trafficking and promotion of crystal meth, resulting in the arrest of 41 individuals implicated in these crimes. In the remaining cases, 91 crystal meth users were arrested, with various quantities of the illicit substance seized in their possession.

The spokesperson emphasized that the campaign remains ongoing with full resolve and zero tolerance until it achieves its objectives of spreading awareness against this substance and prosecuting anyone attempting to deal with a drug that leads to death or drives users to commit heinous crimes threatening society and public safety.

He urged the public once again to fulfill their humanitarian and social duty by promptly reporting any information regarding any individual or activity related to this lethal drug via the unified emergency number (911), assuring that all reports will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and seriousness.
