The person was identified, arrested, and the vehicle in their possession was confiscated. Legal and administrative measures will be taken against them, including vehicle impoundment for the legally prescribed period.

The spokesperson emphasized that such reckless and socially unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated, as it endangers public safety. Strict action will be taken against anyone who engages in such conduct to ensure deterrence.
